GENERAL RETURN POLICY
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from www.wearwolfapparel.com. If you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased, you may return it within 14 days of delivery in exchange for the same item or an item of equal value, or store credit towards another purchase. This does not include the price of shipping & handling or any other additional cost beyond the item’s purchase price. Please note that some items may incur a 15% re-stocking fee to be deducted from the original purchase price of the item.
The item must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure credit.
CUSTOMS RETURN POLICY
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from www.wearwolfapparel.com. However, there are some items that require special consideration before purchasing. Custom items are made to a customer’s specifications and cannot be re-stocked in the same manner as a general item could. If you are not satisfied with a custom item you have purchased, you may return it within 14 days of delivery in exchange for store credit towards another purchase. This does not include the price of shipping & handling or any other additional cost beyond the item’s purchase price. Please note that custom items will incur a 15% re-stocking fee to be deducted from the original purchase price of the item.

DAMAGES
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 14-days of delivery. Please provide us with the order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail, as well as your e-mail address and phone number. We will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return.
If there is extensive damage to the carton upon delivery, contact us immediately. Please have your order number available when you call.
CREDIT
You can expect to receive a store credit or replacement item within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be credited the return shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or shipping error.
RETURNING AN ITEM
If you wish to return an item, please follow the instructions below or outlined on the packing slip with your shipped items.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All items must be returned in good condition, to insure credit.
- Enclose original packing slip with the item. Please be sure to make a copy to keep for your records. If you cannot send your packing slip, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item(s).
- Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept cash on delivery (COD). It is recommended that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.
